CCB-38000 (Curtis)

This 2-piece valve is ideal for aerobatic, retractable gear -, and twin-engine aircraft (with close fit cowling), and any other installation where the available space is limited, due to its low installed length of only 0.789 In. and extra safety barrier, being closed without the CCA-38001 activation tool.

Applicability:

This valve is PMA approved for use on many Lycoming engine models,

This valve can also replace Piper P/N: 492-172V, as part of an equivalent method of compliance to FAA AD 81-11-02 R1 and is approved for installation on the Lycoming IO-360 (-C1C or -C1C6) engine typically found on Piper Arrow, Arrow II, Arrow III and Arrow IV aircraft.
